Adventureland transitioning to smoother, safer cashless operations this season, offering free Cash-to-Card services.

The most important part of your visit with us at Adventureland is ensuring you have a great experience! That's why we are transitioning to smoother, safer cashless operations.

We only accept payments such as debit cards, credit cards, and prepaid cards. Simply swipe to pay at any admissions booth, food or beverage stand, gift shop, or midway game—no digging for change to pay or waiting for cash back from our staff.

Only have cash? We have you covered! Guests have free access to multiple easy-to-use Cash-to-Card kiosks conveniently located throughout Adventureland Resort. You can convert cash onto a card free of charge and use it throughout the Adventureland Resort—in the park, at the campground, at the Adventureland Inn, and Spectators Bar & Grill. In the park you can convert cash to card at the Front Gate, Guest Services, by the Lighthouse, and in the Kokomo store.

Why are you no longer accepting cash for payment?

By transitioning to only accepting payments such as prepaid cards, debit cards, and credit cards, Adventureland Resort will provide a faster, safer and more guest-friendly experience. Staff will spend less time handling cash and more time serving guests, reducing our reliance on this less secure and slower method of payment.
What types of payment do(es) Adventureland accept?

Adventureland only accepts card payments. These include all major credit and debit card providers (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover) and prepaid cards. We do not accept cash, however guests can convert cash onto a prepaid card through a simple and safe process at several Cash-to-Card kiosks located throughout Adventureland (Front Gate, Guest Services, by the Lighthouse, and the Kokomo store.)
Do you accept Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies?

No.
How do I load my cash onto a prepaid card?

Adventureland guests can convert anywhere from $1 to $500 onto a prepaid card at several kiosks located throughout the park. This conversion process is free, and the card can be used throughout the Adventureland Park, Adventure Bay, Adventureland Inn, Spectators Sports Bar & Grill, Adventureland Campground, and anywhere Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
Is there a fee to use the Cash to Card Kiosks and prepaid cards?

It is free to load cash onto a prepaid card and to use the card. If the card is used regularly, there is no inactivity fee. After 92 consecutive days of no transaction activity, however, a $3.95 fee will be charged each month.
What information do I need to provide to use the Cash to Card Kiosks?

None! The cards are anonymous and no cardholder information is gathered.
Where can I use the prepaid card?

The card can be used anywhere payments are made throughout Adventureland Resort. Outside of the park, it can be used at any location that accepts Visa or MasterCard.
Can I add additional cash to my prepaid card?

Prepaid cards cannot be reloaded. Instead, get a new prepaid card free of charge at a nearby Cash-to-Card kiosk.
How do I check the balance on my prepaid card?

There are several ways to check your balance. First, you can swipe the card and see the balance at any Cash-to-Card Kiosk at Adventureland. You can also visit RCbalance.com or call the number listed on the back of each card.
What if I overdraw/don't have enough money on the card for my purchase?

You cannot overdraw the prepaid card. You can only spend to the amount loaded on the card, and you will then need to provide another form of payment to complete the transaction.
What if I lose my card?

Please save your receipt so that you have the contact information for the card company. There is a URL listed on the receipts where you can report a lost card and have it frozen so it cannot be further used.
Do you accept Apple Pay and Google Pay?

Currently we do accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.
